Feb. 1 - 6 

Notifications of acceptance or rejection sent - Artists will be notified of their artworks' status via the means checked on entry form.  CDs  will not be returned.

 

Feb. 16 - 18: 

Artwork drop off - Artwork must be hand delivered by artist or proxy on

Tuesday 9 am - 12 noon

 Wednesday 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm. 

or Thursday 9 am - 3 pm.

Artwork picked up - Artwork must be picked up by the artist with the claim receipt on

after the exhibit closes until 4 pm

Monday or Tuesday

9 am - 12 noon. 

Works not picked up by noon Tuesday, Feb. 23, may be subject to forfeiture.
